With more than 25 years of accounting and leadership experience, Tonja brings a practical, approachable, and results-driven style to every training, consulting session, and financial engagement. Her passion is helping leaders move from confusion to clarity—so they can understand their numbers, build stronger systems, and lead with confidence.
